We are aware of wider discussions and projects looking at this concept in Clevedon with the Town and District Councils and local voluntary and charitable organisations.
We have advised these groups that we are interested to work with them if we can be of any assistance since we are able, through our Rules, etc, and subject to raising funds, to provide “workspace, buildings
and or land for use on such terms as the CLT shall determine”.
